  1. Once upon a time, there was a fisherman and his wife.

  2. They lived in a small hut near the sea.

  7. When he returned home, he told his wife.

  23. The fisherman didn’t want to ask for that, but he did.

  24. The sea was black and the wind was strong.

    Havet var svart och vinden var stark.

  25. The fish didn’t answer anything.

    Fisken svarade inte.

  26. When the fisherman returned, the palace was gone.

  27. The wife was back in the old hut.

    Frun var tillbaka i den gamla stugan.

  28. And so they lived like at the beginning.

    Och så levde de som i början.

  29. They had lost everything for wanting too much.
